1. What we collect

We only collect the data strictly necessary to operate the Service:

Account data — email, hashed password, plan.
Job configuration — the URLs, methods and intervals you choose.
Execution metadata — run timestamps, HTTP status codes, short response previews.
Billing data — handled by our payment processors; we only store the fact that a payment happened and the plan it unlocked.
Basic logs — IP + User-Agent on authentication events, for abuse prevention.

2. What we don't collect

We do not store full response bodies of your jobs beyond short diagnostic previews.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not run invasive trackers or cross-site ad networks on the public site.

3. How we use your data

To execute your scheduled jobs on time.
To show you accurate dashboards and run history.
To send transactional emails (account activity, billing, critical alerts).
To detect abuse and prevent service disruption.

4. Data retention

Run logs are retained according to your plan's quota (100 / 1,000 / 5,000 retained runs).
Account data is retained while your account is active.
On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or anti-fraud purposes.

5. Third parties

We rely on a small number of carefully chosen processors:

Our hosting provider (infrastructure).
Our payment processors (billing).
An email delivery provider (transactional emails).

Each is bound by a data processing agreement and accesses only the data required to deliver its function.

6. Your rights

You can:

Request a copy of your account data.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account (which removes personal data on the timeline above).

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Sessions are protected against CSRF. Database access is restricted to the application layer. We operate a defence-in-depth approach but — like every online service — cannot guarantee absolute security. Report issues to support@cronjobfast.com.

8. Cookies

The dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. The public marketing site does not use tracking cookies.

9. Updates

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
