Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CronJobFast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
CronJobFast is a hosted scheduling platform that executes HTTP requests ("cron jobs") on behalf of its users at configurable intervals, and provides managed automation for DHRU-based stores via the DHRU Auto Sync module.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at signup.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the jobs you schedule and the URLs they target — only schedule jobs against resources you own or are authorised to call.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Run jobs against targets without the owner's permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, WAF rules or access controls on third-party systems.
- Deliver spam, malware or any illegal content.
- Attempt to disrupt the Service or other users' jobs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
- Free plans are usage-limited. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; your jobs keep running until the end of the current billing period.
- Crypto top-ups crediting your account balance are non-refundable by nature (blockchain transactions are irreversible). Unused credits remain in your account until consumed by plan renewals or upgrades.
- Traditional payment refunds are handled case by case — contact support@cronjobfast.com within 14 days of the charge.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled jobs may be delayed or skipped during maintenance windows or third-party outages. CronJobFast is not liable for consequential damages arising from missed executions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronJobFast's total liability under any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
